The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is very close to the main square and provides easy access to all the extraordinary sights of the city. However, it is situated down several small alleys which made us feel uncomfortable at night.
The towels provided by the hotel were of poor quality and didn't absorb water properly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the Medina. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious bedrooms. The location was perfect, down a winding alleyway close to the main square, Jemaa El Fna market place. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice and suggestions for our visit. The breakfast at the hotel was also delicious, providing us with a great start to each day.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location, although hidden down several small alleys, added a sense of charm and adventure to our experience. The room was beautifully designed with Moroccan architecture and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing us with valuable information about the local area. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, with a great variety of traditional and international dishes to choose from. The spa treatments were also a highlight, offering relaxation and rejuvenation at a reasonable price. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that truly made our stay memorable.
